Thanks for that - I always use the excuse that I've blown it for the day so I'll restart tomorrow but this puts it into perspective (especially since I had a minor bump in my car on Sunday!) so I'm going to remind myself of it when I have my next 'blip'!

hi hope you can help im on my second week and i weighed my self and i have not lost this week 100% ss is this common. I lost 8lb first week and i have 2 days till my weigh in many thanks jay????

Even if you lose 2 Lb in next 2 days, 10 Lb is still very good for 2 weeks. And a slow week is usually followed by a good one.

Jay..
I have lost four pounds in two weeks and I was feeling pretty low but when I measured myself I have lost a staggering 9 inches of body mass. My clothes are baggy and I can feel the difference very much so even though it isnt showing on the scales yet so please dont be downhearted, measure yourself instead
