Hi everyone, started the ss yesterday and i'd cracked by 5pm!! ended up having risotto followed by chocolate, 7 hobs nobs with my cup of tea and then a ham and tomato sandwich.  I felt so bad this morning for ruining my diet.  I didnt like the cappucino shake or the chilli soup so i think thats why i failed so miserably on my first day!! Started again today and its going well so far, but it isnt even 3pm yet!!  Confused ... Shift+R improves the quality of this image. CTRL+F5 reloads the whole page.

Does this mean i wont lose any weight this week?

Thank you for any replies
