id prolly go with hourglass from the measurements, but as has been said, it does depend on the proportions, and without a pic, couldnt say for sure ie the 41 inch hips/43 inch bum-are they followed by chunky thighs? if so, then probably more pear shaped than hourglass. Sorry cant be more help xx
