    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.weightplanners.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9187" rel="nofollow">gemc1981</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> Red and white fish?<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 Jul 2010 at 12:45pm<br /><br />I was gonna say you can have salmon on 1000!&nbsp; I was so excited I have had it every evening so far this week (its my fave fish!!!)<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Also, in Tescos you can buy a multipack of salmon portions which are all indivudually packaged and so can be frozen in these packs, they are roughly the size of the daily allowance but that suits me fine.&nbsp; I got some and they are lovely.&nbsp; Only downside (for me) is that they arent skinless but I bake mine in foil in the oven with some seasoning and when I serve it I just peel the skin off.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Yummy!!!</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Gem x</DIV>]]>

Incase you haven't got the booklet, here it is...<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>50g plain couscous</DIV><DIV>100ml Boiling water</DIV><DIV>fresh chives</DIV><DIV>100g salmon fillet</DIV><DIV>tblsp fat free yog or fromage frais</DIV><DIV>fresh mint leaves</DIV><DIV>1 medium carrot</DIV><DIV>6-8cm piece of cucumber</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Prep couscous by covering with the water and leave to stand for 5 mins before forking in the chives</DIV><DIV>Cook carrots</DIV><DIV>Cook salmon</DIV><DIV>Add chopped mint to yog/fromage frais + pepper to taste.</DIV><DIV>Serve salmon on bed of couscous with mint sauce and&nbsp;carrots and cucmber on the side</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Hope this helps you have your salmon fix!!&nbsp; </DIV>]]>

Many of us that are currently going up the steps (having done SS, SS+ then 810) have found a stall in our weight losses on 1000 cals due to replenishment of glycogen stores and our bodies readjusting to the volume of food being consumed. <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>1000 cals is still classed as a Low Calorie diet so you will defo have some good losses, I'm sure of it - especially since you've been on a bit of a 'break' recently.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Good luck with it xx</DIV>]]>
